Franchisee training.

Our well-structured 2 week training is a very detailed, comprehensive training program that ensures you are well equipped to operate your business successfully.

Some of the topics covered are: how to quote on the job successfully, cleaning standards, marketing your business locally, administration, customer service, book keeping and everything in between to make the running of your business easier for you.

During the training you will be shown how to use all the cleaning equipment and what cleaning products to use and where to use them. All equipment will be provided as part of the initial fee, as well as the cleaning products to get you started.

Your training does not end after the initial 2 week training program. We will closely monitor your performance and provide any assistance when required.

Throughout the year Houseproud will offer additional general business support sessions, delivered by our training and management team.

Clients provided.

Houseproud will support you to build your customer base from when you begin training.

Your clients will predominately come from home owners, however we can combine residential, commercial and strata to increase your monthly turnover.

Leads are supplied by head office, as your customer base grows you will find the majority of your work will come from referrals.

With over 30,000 customers on our system we can provide the work for you, it is up to you to follow our successful system.

Call Centre Support.

Our call centre team is made up of trained professionals in customer service who will provide customers with quoting, bookings and any queries on your behalf for the first 3 months of your business operations and will continue to do so if you need further assistance.

With an increasing number of franchisees that have come to Australia from overseas, Houseproud will assist franchisees communicating with clients when English is not their first language.
